REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (or before it has been dispatched/sent into production). Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

  • After Dispatch / Production: Once an order has been dispatched or placed into custom manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Afframe

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability or product limitations.

  • Errors in product details, descriptions, or pricing on the website.

  • Flagged transactions identified by our fraud prevention or credit department.

  • Incomplete or unverified shipping details provided by the customer.

If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 4–5 business days.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking our items before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help!

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Reporting Window: You must notify us of any defect, damage, or wrong item within 10 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Unboxing Proof: To facilitate faster claim approvals for transit damage or missing items, we strongly recommend providing a clear unboxing video/photo showing the sealed package being opened.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Once we receive your returned product and conduct a quality inspection:

  1. Approval: We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.

  2. Replacement: If approved for replacement, a fresh product will be dispatched to you at no additional shipping cost.

  3. Monetary Refund: If a replacement is unavailable or a refund is approved, the payment will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

4. Failed Deliveries & Shipping Terms

  • Incorrect Shipping Info: Please ensure your shipping address, contact phone number, and recipient name are accurate. If a package is returned to us by the courier due to incomplete or incorrect details, re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Unclaimed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or incorrect details, and the package is returned, courier return costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
